    I was impressed with Dr. Diego Lima. He was very attentive to everything I said. He performed a strength test on me, before he saw my CT scan. He diagnosed my problem exactly. I needed a complete shoulder replacement. When I went to the hospital for surgery, they asked me who was my surgeon. I told them it was Dr. Diego Lima and they said he was an excellent surgeon and was highly respect here. After, the surgery I went to a Physical Therapist for an evaluation. The Physical Therapist said, that I was two to three weeks ahead of other shoulder replacement patients. The Physical Therapist stated that this was one of the best shoulder replacement surgeries that he has seen. The Physical Therapist asked who was my surgeon? I told him it was Dr. Diego Lima and he said “yes I can tell it was Dr. Lima by how advanced your are in Range of Motion”. Everyone that had shoulder surgery at my church was amazed how I could lift up and move my arm around so quickly.

    Dr Lima was very thorough with my after surgery visit. Made sure x-rays captured what he wanted, carefully removed bandages and showed a trainee how to use the new ones. He explained exactly what I could do and not do. Explained that PT is to be light not gruesome like some I had with another group.
